Rules of the site
Full freedom to publish, modify your ebooks, arts galleries, joints and opinions.
The administrator of the site doesn't look at the content (only to delete spams).
There is a categorie system, but publisher may create a new categorie anytime they publish something.
There is a forum to discuss between members
Some members have the "advice privilege".
They are the binsolid feeders. With that privilege, two new buttons appear on every publication that aren't yours, one to add it to your bookmark,
the other to send it to the bin. Une publication is automatically sent to the bin when a certain number of privileged publishers have decided so.

Once registered, you will find a link on your publis&profile page that will lead you to a page explaining all about it.
It is very easy to get and depend on your publications on-line since more than two weeks.
